It starts.
My diocesan brother, David, and I want to make some beer next year at Major Seminary, so I thought I’d get a head start and buy the kit. I also bought all I need to make my first batch, which will be a Belgian Caramel Wit, a stronger beer (being belgian) with a caramel feel and aroma.
