Licentiate of Sacred Theology
David Baunach and I just got word that we have both been granted a really good scholarship at Mundelein Seminary in Chicago, after having been accepted to the S.T.L. (Licentiate of Sacred Theology) program.
“A graduate of the S.T.L. program is prepared to teach theology in a college, seminary, or university, to function as a chaplain to various professional groups, and to act as a theological resource for a diocese and diocesan agencies.”
While in the program, it mostly comes down to taking a more rigorous course load, including extra Latin and specific areas of theology. I just hope we’re ready…!
